Reason for Maintenance:
Our Data centre provider in the UK: Hostdime who provides Colocation services for our hosting hardware is relocating their services located within their Kent facility to a new, more modern, facility located within the London Docklands area.
This will improve our infrastructure capacity and reliability as well as expand network interconnection and access to strategic networks.
We understand the importance of uptime, and Our team and Hostdime’s team will be working towards completing the facility migration as quickly and efficiently as possible on the scheduled date.
They will also be migrating our existing networks to the new facility which means you will retain the current IP address allocations and You will not need to make any changes on your end to prepare for the move.
Scheduled Date and Time:
START: Friday, June 17, 2022, @ 21:00 (9 PM BST)
FINISH: Saturday, June 18, 2022, @ 07:00 (7 AM BST)
Maintenance Window:
10 hours
Estimated Downtime:
At this time, we expect service interruption for to be at least 6-7 hours during the maintenance window specified above.
